Daremos solo cuatro ejemplos de emociones para que vean cómo las pueden trabajar

IRA, ENVIDIA, MIEDO Y DEPRESIÓN.
Cada una de
estas emociones tienen su sinónimo y al lado su antónimo.
Cuando uds detecten una
emoción negativa que aflora en el carácter o personalidad, deben parar, reflexionar,
respirar profundo 7 veces lentamente, tranquilizarse y entender cuál es su antónimo
para ponerlo en práctica.
Haciéndolo de esta manera ustedes conseguirán el
entendimiento y consecuentemente la transmutación de la emoción del lado izquierdo
del cerebro hacia el lado derecho.
Una vez entendido cuáles son los Sinónimos y Antónimos, cuando surja una emoción ustedes deben hacer un alto, una pausa

respirar
profundo 7 veces, calmarse y entender con el Antónimo lo que uds deben hacer.
Este
ejercicio es realizado cuantas veces se presente el Sinónimo, de esta manera ustedes
tendrán el Antónimo presente y lo pondrán en práctica inmediatamente,
contrarrestando la energía-pensamiento que se adapta a la nueva modalidad de
trabajo y entendimiento.
VACIAR LO INÚTIL PARA LLENAR CON LO ÚTIL
El ALMA,
se expresa a través del cerebro humano, con el tiempo

palabra queda grabada en el electrón y cuando una palabra es pronunciada, sea en el
idioma que sea, activa automáticamente la secuencia numérica de los sinónimos.
