Es una nueva forma de análisis en tiempo real, que ofrece visibilidad y conocimiento de las operaciones militarizadas o de negocio. La inteligencia operacional permite llevar a cabo un análisis de eventos en tiempo real. Es posible actuar sobre la información en tiempo real generando alertas y tomando decisiones ejecutivas a través de cuadros de mando. INTELIGENCIA LINGÜÍSTICA: Es considerada una de las más importantes. En general, se utilizan ambos hemisferios y es la que caracteriza a los escritores que se dedican a los medios impresos. INTELIGENCIA MUSICAL: Conocida comúnmente como “buen oído”, es el talento que tienen los músicos, los cantantes y los bailarines. La fuerza de esta inteligencia innata varía de una persona a otra. Pero por fuerte que sea su inteligencia musical, necesita ser estimulada y configurada para desarrollar todo su potencial, ya sea para tocar un instrumento o para escuchar una melodía con sensibilidad. INTELIGENCIA LÓGICA MATEMÁTICA: Considerada hace poco en Occidente como una de las “únicas inteligencias”. Quienes pertenecen a este grupo hacen uso del hemisferio lógico del cerebro y pueden dedicarse a las ciencias exactas. INTELIGENCIA ESPACIAL: La tienen los que pueden hacer un modelo mental en tres dimensiones del mundo (o un fragmento de él, según la situación). Esta inteligencia la comparten oficios tan diversos como la ingeniería, la cirugía, la escultura, la marina, la arquitectura, el diseño y la decoración. INTELIGENCIA CORPORAL-KINESTÉSICA: En este campo están los deportistas, los cirujanos y los bailarines. Una aptitud natural de este tipo de inteligencia se manifiesta a menudo desde niño. INTELIGENCIA INTERPERSONAL: Esta nos permite entender a los demás. Se basa en la capacidad de manejar relaciones humanas y la empatía con la que nos “ponemos los zapatos del otro” y reconocemos sus motivaciones, razones y emociones. Los consejeros deben establecer empatía con sus pacientes para comprender sus motivaciones y comportamiento, una tarea difícil cuando este no puede articular sus propios sentimientos. INTELIGENCIA NATURALISTA: La utilizamos al observar y estudiar la naturaleza. Los biólogos y herbolarios son quienes más la han desarrollado. Hoy, debido a la complejidad del mundo, los niños parecen estar mucho más listos para resolver problemas de toda índole. Por eso, aunque es importante que se conozcan los talentos y aptitudes de los hijos, también lo es incentivarles la capacidad para desenvolverse correctamente en cualquier ámbito; así, cuando ingrese a la escuela y a la universidad, no solo será capaz de obtener buenas notas, sino también de ser feliz. CARTA ABIERTA A EL SER UNO… Estimado Ser Uno, le escribo porque tengo una hija de 4 años, y la vez pasada me hizo una pregunta que me dejo pasmada - DIME MAMÁ, ¿DÓNDE ESTÁBAMOS ANTES DE NACER? - le respondí más o menos, les pido por favor si me la podrían aclarar, y ¿Cómo podría explicárselo a una niña de 4 años?
RESPUESTA: Es entendible la sensación de asombro que usted tuvo frente a la pregunta de una niña de 4 años, sobre todo en un tema bastante polémico, ya que no sabemos muchas veces si responder basándonos a través de un conocimiento religioso, o a través de un conocimiento espiritual. Por lo general, y esto es un hecho, vivimos en países Latino-Americanos cuyas enseñanzas en la mayoría de colegios se fundamentan básicamente en la Religión Católica. Muchos de nosotros, padres y 266 abuelos, hemos superado estas enseñanzas, y tenemos una mentalidad más amplia, leemos libros Esotéricos, Metafísicos y con ello hemos logrado una apertura mental.  ¿Cómo educar a los hijos y nietos si ellos aún continúan en colegios religiosos, y nosotros ya hemos trascendido en Conocimiento y Entendimiento?. Es difícil transmitir a los hijos y nietos conceptos universales, cuando ellos aún están dentro de los conceptos planetarios. Ante todo debemos pensar en ellos y no confundir sus mentes. Los niños hoy en día son muy despiertos e inteligentes, se dan cuenta de su entorno familiar, en estos casos ellos percibirán que sus padres tienen una forma de pensar, y comenzarán a compararlo con las enseñanzas que reciben en su colegio. Lo ideal es no tratar de infundirles enseñanzas obligadas, significa que cuando ellos pregunten se les debe responder con mente amplia sobre conceptos existenciales. Explicarles que lo que ellos aprenden en su colegio se llama: Religión Católica, y que deben aprenderla, pero que cuando sean mayores ellos podrán escoger a voluntad su camino espiritual. Aclararles también la creencia interna que sus padres tienen con palabras sencillas para que ellos en su corta edad lo puedan entender. Sobre la pregunta que su hija le hizo tan directamente, usted le puede responder lo siguiente: Antes de nacer, todos nosotros somos almas, y nos encontramos en un lugar que se llama Cielo, Nirvana, Olimpo etc., decirle que tiene varios nombres. En ese lugar nos enseñan y preparan como una escuela, para encarnar en estos cuerpos materiales. Allí vivimos con otras almas que son nuestros amigos, y tenemos “Maestros” que nos cuidan y nos escogen el papá y mamá que tendremos cuando nacemos aquí. Decirle que ahora tiene un nombre y apellido que sus papás le han dado, y que ellos y su familia la aman mucho. De esta manera no estamos incurriendo contra la religión ni tampoco infundiéndoles una enseñanza alternativa… se lo estamos dejando a su imaginación, de esta forma en el transcurso de su vida, la niña tendrá una visión global de su existencia. Conforme la niña va creciendo, sabrá lo que debe hablar y callar. El equilibrio es importante, de esta manera su mente se mantendrá abierta sin fanatismos ni creencias fantasiosas. Verá a sus padres y familiares leer ciertos libros que le llamarán la atención, escuchará temas diferentes al colegio, y los cursos escolares los tomará como lo que son: Cursos, los cuales los debe aprender por el colegio donde se encuentra, pero cuando llegue a ser mayor podrá escoger y discernir dependiendo de su Conocimiento, y Entendimiento. Los padres deberán enseñarle con el ejemplo, y no estar constantemente hablando del mismo tema, hay que dejarla pensar y respetar el entorno en que se encuentra de: Colegio, amigos, formas de pensar etc., darle una buena educación y mostrarle sobre todo que lo verdadero no está en los cursos aprendidos, sino en la base Moral y Ética de Consciencia que lo sostendrá en el camino de su vida. Los padres pueden, y deben promover en sus hijos el crecimiento espiritual al igual que se cultiva el desarrollo físico, emocional, intelectual y social. Se debe tener muy en cuenta el pensamiento de Heráclito cuando afirmó que “El que conoce lo externo es un erudito, el que se conoce a sí mismo es un sabio”. El espíritu del niño es espontáneo y único. Con su inocencia, los niños pueden recordar a los adultos una espiritualidad que es sencilla, directa e increíblemente original. Con su bondad, los niños hacen 267 evocar creencias y valores esenciales. La formación de la dimensión espiritual del niño se logra, por medio de una estrecha comunicación entre él y sus padres, en esa estrecha interacción recibirá en el transcurso de su vida las respuestas a muchas preguntas esenciales de su existencia.

En la mayoría de países ya existe la medicina y la educación alternativa, y estas se desplazan en diferentes especialidades, y una de ellas, podría ser: La Psicología Espiritual o Metafísica. PSICOLOGÍA ESPIRITUAL O METAFÍSICA.

La Psicología Espiritual o Metafísica comprende al ser humano como parte de un todo. 

Todo lo que contempla su mente, su físico, su espíritu y su hábitat y contexto. Indudablemente, estos campos se encuentran íntimamente ligados el uno con el otro, y, por lo tanto, afectan en cuanto al equilibrio necesario e indispensable para el bienestar. 

La Psicología Espiritual o Metafísica ayuda a superar y a comprender aquello que causó sufrimiento, dolor o malestar. La psicología Espiritual invita a descubrir todo lo que este análisis puede hacer por la vida y por el alma, dejando los miedos atrás y viviendo una vida plena y llena de excelencia. PRIMERO: Si el niño realmente necesita un tratamiento especial, será conducido por un psicólogo adecuado, especialista y espiritual en niños índigos, Cristales, Arco Iris etc. el cual entenderá la problemática profunda del alma del niño, enrumbándolo de forma anímica y delicada, para que el niño se encaje dentro de una sociedad sin perder sus cualidades, facultades y dones con los que nació. Además, los niños y jóvenes participan en clases y talleres de distintos oficios, como carpintería, cocina, tejido y jardinería, entre otros. Desgraciadamente, y esto lo decimos con conocimiento de Causa y Efecto, los padres buscan las “mejores escuelas” para sus hijos y esto significa: Que el estándar de educación sea lo más exigente posible, de esta forma, ellos satisfacen el anhelo de su ego, al proclamar que sus hijos están en tal o cual escuela y no están pensando en la capacidad o necesidad que el niño posee dentro de él. Esto los llena de orgullo y egolatría, pero en ningún momento piensan en el alma del niño. Emociones son de cada alma y estos se manifiestan dependiendo de muchos factores que rodean esa alma.
