6. - SUEÑOS REGRESIVOS DE LA VIDA ACTUAL...
Los sueños generalmente son repetitivos, ya que la memoria es un depósito de recuerdos que el soñador trae desde que se encuentra en el útero materno

El soñador, muchas veces, sueña con hechos que no están conscientes en su memoria, y, como no recuerda esos hechos, tiende a descartarlos de su vida, sin darle la importancia, que realmente tienen.
Los recuerdos de la niñez, regresan una y otra vez, hasta que el soñador se da cuenta, y, comienza a analizarlos.
Estos recuerdos son muy importantes para definir las emociones de la adultez.
7. - SUEÑOS REGRESIVOS DE OTRAS VIDAS...
El alma, cuando encarna, trae consigo recuerdos de otras vidas, estos los proyecta a través de los sueños, porque, solo de esta manera, puede comunicarse, y, pedir ayuda por algún suceso que no pudo resolver.
La energía grabada, necesita desatar los nudos energéticos que trae consigo, si no lo hace, entonces, acumulará emociones, las cuales arrastrará, de vida en vida, y, esto es lo que llaman: Karma.
8. - SUEÑOS RECURRENTES...
Los que aparecen varias veces tal cual o con ligeras variaciones.
Han de ser considerados como sueños de importancia que reflejan pautas fundamentales en la psique del soñador, pautas que, de alguna manera, están “bloqueadas” y, no pueden fluir o cambiar.
El soñador se extraña, de soñar una, y otra vez, el mismo sueño.
Se pregunta el por qué, y, no logra explicarse, generalmente, son sus emociones que no logran fluir, disiparse a través del entendimiento, entonces, acumula sensaciones que afloran a través de los sueños.
9. - SUEÑOS DEL ALMA COLECTIVA...
La especie humana está unida energéticamente.
Las Energías-Pensamientos fluyen, y giran, en el cerebro planetario

Cuando el soñador se encuentra en su fase Rem, es donde la mente capta las energías fluctuantes, y, las hace parte de su sueño.
Muchas veces, el soñador, sueña con lugares o personas que no conoce, y, que nunca vio.
10. - SUEÑOS PESADILLAS...
Las pesadillas, son sueños perturbadores, que, hacen que el soñador, al despertar, se sienta ansioso, y asustado.
Las pesadillas, pueden ser respuestas a situaciones y traumas reales

Las pesadillas pueden también ocurrir, porque, el soñador ha ignorado, o, rehusado aceptar, una situación particular de su vida.
Es una manera en que el subconsciente da un aviso.
¡Presten atención!...
Una de las razones de ocurrencia de las pesadillas puede ser que el subconsciente quiere lograr la atención sobre una situación, o problema, que se ha evitado.
Es tiempo, de enfrentar un problema, o situación.
Las pesadillas, tienen un propósito importante en mostrar lo que inquieta a la persona, desde dentro de ella, a niveles más profundos.
Discutir, analizar, y comprender las pesadillas, puede conducir a la solución de algún problema, conflicto interno, o dificultad personal.
Cuando el alma tiene pesadillas

es, porque la energía que el cerebro usa para proyectar las imágenes, proviene de los 3 primeros chacras o sea, del Inconsciente, y, esta energía grabada, es muy densa, oscura, y tenebrosa.
